I mean't to post this a couple of weeks ago....

I am soooo totally not a cook and so I rarely do it. The few times I do cook it doesn't usually turn out all that good, buuuuuutttt ....

My Shepard's Pie turned out GREAT! A little bland but still good.

The layers are: whole wheat tortillas, ground beef with corn, mashed potatos, melted cheese and topped with baccon.

MMMMMMmmmmmmMMMMMMMmmmmm! =D

  1. Looks good. I brown my hamburger and season to taste then layer the corn on top of that and then add a small can of tomato sauce. salt and pepper and let that simmer in an iron skillet for 15 to 20 minutes. Then I add the mashed potatoes and put it in the oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. the top comes out crunchy.

  2. That way sounds like the flavors mingle together a lot better then mine! I'm a lazy cook (when I ever cook) so mine was good enough but I'll eat yours any day! LOL
